#### 106C Regulations relating to Sydney ferry services 106C Regulations relating to Sydney ferry services > > (1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to ferry services provided by Sydney Ferries. > > > (2) In particular, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to the following matters— > > > > > (a) the terms and conditions on which passengers are carried, > > > > > (b) the use of and access to facilities or property owned by or under the control of Sydney Ferries, > > > > > (c) the protection and preservation of facilities or property owned by or under the control of Sydney Ferries, > > > > > (d) security, safety and order on ferries, > > > > > (e) the sale or other disposal of unclaimed goods and luggage in the possession of Sydney Ferries and the disposal of the proceeds of any such sale, > > > > > (f) the standing or parking of vehicles on land vested in Sydney Ferries. > > **pt 9, div 3A (ss 106B–106D):** Ins 2003 No 99, Sch 1 \[15\].
