#### 104 Regulations relating to bus and ferry services 104 Regulations relating to bus and ferry services > > (1) The regulations may make provision for or with respect to the bus and ferry services provided by the State Transit Authority. > > > (2) In particular, the regulations may make provision for or with respect to— > > > > > (a) the terms and conditions on which passengers are carried, and > > > > > (b) the use of and access to facilities or property owned by or under the control of the State Transit Authority, and > > > > > (c) the protection and preservation of facilities or property owned by or under the control of the State Transit Authority, and > > > > > (d) security, safety and order on buses and ferries, and > > > > > (e) the sale or other disposal of unclaimed goods and luggage in the possession of the State Transit Authority and the disposal of the proceeds of any such sale, and > > > > > (f) the standing or parking of vehicles on land vested in the State Transit Authority.
