230 Amendment of section 60 (medical and like benefits—travel and accommodation expenses for attending funeral) (1) This Act, as amended by section 9 of the amending Act, applies in respect of a transport accident that occurs on or after the commencement date. ***amending Act*** means the **Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2016**; ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 9 of the amending Act comes into operation.
