228 Application to Tribunal (1) Section 77(1) as amended by the amending Act and section 77(1A) as inserted by the amending Act apply to— (a) a decision of which a person becomes aware on or after the commencement day; and (b) a decision of which a person became aware within 12 months before the commencement day, unless the person had applied for review of the decision under section 77(1) before the commencement day. ***amending Act*** means the **Courts Legislation Miscellaneous Amendments Act 2014**; ***commencement day*** means the day on which section 59 of the amending Act comes into operation.
