225 Serious injury applications This Act, as amended by section 27 of the amending Act, applies in respect of an application made on or after 16 October 2013— (a) for a certificate under section 93(4)(c)(ii); or (b) for leave under section 93(4)(d). S. 226 inserted by No. 71/2013 s. 30.
