199 Definitions (1) In this Division— ***amending Act*** means the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2010**; ***amending provision*** means a provision of the amending Act specified in a section of this Division; ***commencement date*** means the date on which the amending provision comes into operation. (2) Nothing in this Division limits or otherwise affects the operation of the **Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984**. S. 200 inserted by No. 80/2010 s. 14.
