195Application of amendments to section 6

195 Application of amendments to section 6 (1) Subject to subsection (2), section 6 as amended by section 4 of the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007** applies in respect of any payment of weekly payments and pre-accident weekly earnings made on or after the commencement of section 4 of the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007** regardless of when the transport accident occurred or the application was made. (2) If an application for review has been made to the Tribunal under section 77 before the commencement of section 4 of the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007**, the application is to be determined as if section 6 had not been amended by section 4 of the **Transport Accident and Accident Compensation Acts Amendment Act 2007**.
