191 Section 48—Savings provisions concerning impairment benefits paid as an annuity (1) This section applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement of section 13 of the amending Act— (a) was receiving periodic payments in accordance with section 48; or (b) had an accrued entitlement to such payments, regardless of whether or not the person's impairment benefit had been assessed. (2) The person is entitled to continue to receive periodic payments in accordance with section 48 as if sections 11 and 13 of the amending Act had not been enacted. (3) For the purposes of this section, the Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to payments under section 48 as if that section had not been repealed.
