185Sections 4 and 4A (Pre-accident weekly earnings)

185 Sections 4 and 4A (Pre-accident weekly earnings) (1) Section 4, as amended by section 5 of the amending Act, and section 4A, as inserted by section 6 of the amending Act, only apply to earners who are injured in a transport accident that occurred on or after the date of commencement of section 5 or 6 (as the case may be). (2) Section 61(5), as substituted by section 5 of the amending Act, only applies to an earner who was injured in a transport accident that occurs on or after the date of commencement of section 5.
