184 Changes that apply to all claims This Act, as amended by sections 2–4, 7, 14, 15(1), 15(2) and 16–37 of the amending Act, applies with respect to all transport accidents, regardless of when they occurred, and to all applications in respect of such accidents, regardless of when the applications were made.
