121 Agreements with providers of ambulance services, hospital services or road accident rescue services The Commission may enter into an agreement with a person or body who provides one or more ambulance services, hospital services or road accident rescue services under which provision is made for the Commission to meet its obligations in respect of such services under section 60 by making payments in respect of classes or groups of cases or claims, rather than on an individual basis.
