116 Fraud (1) A person must not obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any benefit under this Act. (2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), a person must not obtain or attempt to obtain fraudulently any benefit under this Act for any other person, or assist any other person to obtain fraudulently any benefit under this Act. 1. 100 penalty units or imprisonment for two years.
