#### 5 Declaration of State transfer laws The Minister may, by instrument in writing published in the Gazette, declare a law of a State specified in the instrument, being a law relating to the transfer of prisoners between that State and other States and Territories, to be the State transfer law of that State for the purposes of this Act.
