#### 32 Modification of Act in relation to certain external Territories (1) The regulations may make provision for the provisions of this Act to extend to a specified external Territory (other than Norfolk Island, the Territory of Christmas Island or the Territory of Cocos (Keeling) Islands) subject to such modifications and adaptations (if any) as are prescribed. (2) In subsection (1), modification includes the addition or omission of a provision or the substitution of a provision for another provision.
