13Representation

#### 13 Representation (1) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 10 in relation to an application for a trial transfer order, the applicant and the prisoner to whom the application relates are each entitled to appear or to be represented by a legal practitioner. (2) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 11 in respect of the review of a decision granting or refusing to grant an application under section 8 for a trial transfer order, or a proceeding under section 12 for the revocation of a trial transfer order made under section 8, the Attorney‑General and the prisoner to whom the application or trial transfer order relates are each entitled to appear or to be represented by a legal practitioner. (3) At a hearing of a proceeding under section 11 in respect of the review of a decision granting or refusing to grant an application under section 9 for a trial transfer order, or a proceeding under section 12 for the revocation of a trial transfer order made under section 9, the applicant for the trial transfer order, the Attorney‑General and the prisoner to whom the application or trial transfer order relates are each entitled to appear or to be represented by a legal practitioner.
