94 Powers of attorney and revocation thereof (1) A person may by power of attorney in an appropriate form appoint another person to act for him in bringing any land under the operation of this Act or dealing in any way with any land under the operation of this Act or of which he is or thereafter becomes the registered proprietor. (2) Where it appears to the Registrar that anything done by a person purporting to act under a power of attorney falls within the scope of the power, the Registrar shall not be concerned to inquire whether or not the power was in force when the thing was done.
