91H Instrument lodged must match instrument described in any applicable priority notice (1) If an instrument lodged is not consistent with the details of an instrument specified in any priority notice, the instrument must not be registered or recorded. (2) If a priority notice contains incorrect details, the priority notice— (a) may not be corrected; and (b) may be withdrawn and a new priority notice lodged. S. 91I inserted by No. 70/2014 s. 21.
