61 Caveat S. 61(1) amended by No. 9976 s. 11. (1) A person claiming any estate or interest in the land in respect of which any such application is made may before the granting of the application lodge a caveat in an appropriate approved form with the Registrar forbidding the granting thereof. S. 61(2) amended by Nos 9976 s. 11, 85/1998 s. 11(1). (2) The caveat shall in all other respects be subject to the same provisions, and have the same effect with respect to the application against which it is lodged, as a caveat under section 26R against the creation of a folio.
