44Q ELN malfunction (1) The Registrar may amend the Register to correct errors in the Register and supply entries or recordings omitted to be made in the Register under this Act if the error or omission resulted from a malfunction of the ELN. (2) The Registrar must keep a record of every correction under subsection (1). (3) Every correction under subsection (1) is to have the same validity and effect as if the error or omission had not occurred. S. 44Q(4) inserted by No. 7/2013 s. 18. (4) For the purposes of this section— ***ELN*** includes the electronic lodgement network referred to in section 44B as in force before its repeal by section 17 of the **Electronic Conveyancing (Adoption of National Law) Act 2013**.
