39 Dealings registered prior to issue of Crown grant S. 39(1) amended by Nos 6544 s. 3, 18/1989 s. 12(Sch. 1 item 72(a)(b)), 46/1998 s. 7(Sch. 1), 25/2023 s. 7(Sch. 1 item 28.2). (1) Upon submission of a receipt of the Minister administering the **Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987** for the full purchase money of any land sold by His Majesty in fee together with any instrument dealing with such land the Registrar shall make a recording of such instrument upon such receipt and thereupon every such instrument shall be held to be duly registered. S. 39(2) amended by No. 18/1989 s. 12(Sch. 1 item 73). (2) Upon the registration of the Crown grant of the land the Registrar shall make in the Register a recording of every instrument entered on such receipt. Effect of registration No. 5842 s. 40.
