26G Effect of recording of interest on identified folio (1) The recording of an interest in land on an identified folio under section 26F(2)(a) must not be taken to create, pass or confirm that interest or to make any person the registered proprietor under this Act of that interest. (2) Section 40 does not apply in respect of an interest in land recorded on an identified folio. (3) Section 89 does not apply in respect of land in an identified folio.
