20 Removal of warning relating to subsisting interests (1) On the creation of an ordinary folio or provisional folio under this Division in respect of land for which a provisional folio was created under Division 3, the Registrar must delete the warning in the form of Part V of the Fifth Schedule from the folio and make any necessary amendments to the Register. (2) On the deletion of the warning from the folio under subsection (1), the land in the folio ceases to be subject to the subsisting interests referred to in that warning.
