18 Power of Registrar to create folio for conversion scheme land and require assurance contribution (1) The Registrar may in respect of land which is the subject of a conversion scheme— (a) create an ordinary folio; or (b) create a provisional folio on which the only warning recorded is a warning in the form of Part IV of the Fifth Schedule; or (c) create a provisional folio on which there is recorded a warning in the form of Part III of the Fifth Schedule which mentions— (i) if there is only one qualification in the legal practitioner's certificate relating to the title to the land, that qualification; or (ii) if there is more than one qualification mentioned in the legal practitioner's certificate relating to the title to the land, one or more but not all of those qualifications; or (d) create a provisional folio on which there is recorded a warning in the form of Part IV of the Fifth Schedule and a warning in the form of Part III of the Fifth Schedule which mentions— (i) if there is only one qualification in the legal practitioner's certificate relating to the title to the land, that qualification; or (ii) if there is more than one qualification mentioned in the legal practitioner's certificate relating to the title to the land, one or more but not all of those qualifications— and may require the payment of an assurance contribution.
