130 Contracts referring to Table A—transitional provision On and from the commencement of section 71 of the **Land Legislation Amendment Act 2009**, any reference to Table A of the Seventh Schedule to this Act in a contract is to be taken to be a reference to Table A of that Schedule as in force immediately before its repeal. S. 128A inserted by No. 69/2009 s. 54(Sch. Pt 1 item 58.4), renumbered as s. 131 by No. 35/2010 s. 24(Sch. 6 item 4).
