126 Reconstruction of references to Registrar-General On and from the commencement of section 6 of the **Transfer of Land (Single Register) Act 1998** a provision of any Act requiring the Registrar-General to make any amendment to the records of enrolment of any Crown Grant or to any memorial relating to land (however described) is to be read and construed as a direction to the Registrar to bring the land (other than unalienated Crown land) under the operation of this Act and to make the appropriate recordings in the Register.
