106B Notice of a statutory charge (1) A person that acquires a statutory charge under a law of Victoria or the Commonwealth may, under this section, lodge with the Registrar a notice of a statutory charge in the appropriate approved form. (2) If a statutory charge no longer affects the land, the person who benefits from the statutory charge must, under this section, request the Registrar to remove or delete the notice of the charge from the relevant folio of the Register.
