94Reciprocal arrangements for use of court facilities

#### 94 Reciprocal arrangements for use of court facilities (1) The Chief Justice of the Federal Court may make arrangements with the Chief Justice of the High Court of New Zealand for the purposes of giving effect to this Part. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), arrangements may be made: (a) to enable the Federal Court to sit in New Zealand, for the purposes of an Australian market proceeding, in courtrooms of the High Court of New Zealand or in other places in New Zealand; or (b) to enable the High Court of New Zealand to sit in Australia, for the purposes of an NZ market proceeding, in courtrooms of the Federal Court or in other places in Australia; or (c) to provide registry facilities and court staff for the purposes of an Australian market proceedings or an NZ market proceeding.
