#### 70 Money judgments partly satisfied when entitled person applies for registration If: (a) an entitled person applies for registration of a money judgment; and (b) at the time of application, the judgment has been partly satisfied; then the Australian court may only register the balance remaining payable under that judgment at that time under section 68.
