#### 47 Application of this Subdivision (1) This Subdivision applies to a civil proceeding in: (a) an Australian court; or (b) an Australian tribunal prescribed by the regulations. (2) This Subdivision does not apply in relation to remote appearances covered by subsection 50(1). > Note: Section 50 allows the court to give leave for remote appearances related to the giving of evidence remotely from New Zealand.
