#### 25 Application to an Australian court for interim relief A party or intended party to a civil proceeding commenced or to be commenced in a New Zealand court may apply to any of the following Australian courts for interim relief (other than a warrant for the arrest of property) in support of the New Zealand proceeding: (a) the Federal Court; (b) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 1); (c) the Supreme Court of a State or Territory; (d) another Australian court prescribed by the regulations.
