4 Adoption of Commonwealth Act
(1) The Commonwealth Act, as originally enacted and as amended from time to time by regulations made in accordance with the Commonwealth Act, is adopted within the meaning of section 51(xxxvii) of the Constitution of the Commonwealth.
(2) The adoption has effect for a period commencing on the day this section commences and ending on the day fixed under section 5 as the day on which the adoption ends.
