41 Formalities requiring personal attendance (1) Neither substantive or deemed registration, nor entitlement to registration, under this Part requires compliance with any statutory or other formalities requiring personal attendance in the Australian jurisdiction concerned. (2) This section applies to formalities that would otherwise have to be complied with before, at or after registration.
