1 Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 Amendment Regulations 2001 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Amendment of Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997

Schedule 1 amends the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997.
