99 Permissions and directions given before commencement (1) The former regulation continues to apply after the commencement in relation to any direction that was given to a person by an authorised person under the former regulation before the commencement. (2) A permission that was given to a person by the competent authority for a road under the former regulation before the commencement: (a) continues in effect after the commencement; and (b) is taken to have been given under regulation 34(1A) as in force after the commencement. (3) In this regulation: former regulation means regulation 34, as in force immediately
