46A Commissioner may authorise public sector employees (1) The Commissioner may authorise a public sector employee who is employed in the Police Civil Employment Unit to do any of the following: (a) serve or arrange the service of traffic infringement notices under regulation 41; (b) issue notices of withdrawal under regulation 43. (2) In subregulation (1): Police Civil Employment Unit means the Agency of that name.
