sec.66 Review of decisions
Sections 65 and 65A of the Act apply to a permit decision as if a reference to an original decision in section 65 of the Act were a reference to the permit decision. In this section— permit decision means a decision of the chief executive— to refuse to grant an application for a disability parking permit; or to issue a disability parking permit subject to a condition, other than a condition mentioned in section 65 . s 66 prev s 66 om reg pubd gaz 10 July 1965 pp 1406–7 pres s 66 ins 2011 SL No. 8 s 5 (sec.66-ssec.1) Sections 65 and 65A of the Act apply to a permit decision as if a reference to an original decision in section 65 of the Act were a reference to the permit decision. (sec.66-ssec.2) In this section— permit decision means a decision of the chief executive— to refuse to grant an application for a disability parking permit; or to issue a disability parking permit subject to a condition, other than a condition mentioned in section 65 .
- (a) to refuse to grant an application for a disability parking permit; or
- (b) to issue a disability parking permit subject to a condition, other than a condition mentioned in section 65 .
