sec.220 Existing directions for funeral processions
This section applies in relation to a direction given under repealed section 125 that was in effect immediately before the commencement. Despite the repeal of section 125 by the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Regulation 2022 , until the end of the day on 28 February 2022— the direction continues in effect; and repealed section 125(2) continues in force in relation to the direction. s 220 ins 2022 SL No. 3 s 7 (sec.220-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a direction given under repealed section 125 that was in effect immediately before the commencement.
