Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 and takes effect when the Road Amendment Rules 2022 commence. It updates the underlying regulatory text that governs road-user compliance and enforcement. The changes alter the legal obligations and enforcement procedures that apply to drivers, vehicle operators and enforcement agencies, and have been incorporated into the authorised version of the 2017 Regulations.
