Tasmania regulation
These regulations update the Traffic (Compliance and Enforcement) Regulations 2017 by incorporating specified amendments into the authorised version and take effect on the day they are notified in the Gazette (Reg 2). They are administered by the Department of State Growth.
They apply to anyone already regulated under the 2017 Regulations: affected parties must follow the updated authorised text once Gazetted. Mechanically this instrument is procedural and relies on the Principal Regulations for substantive rules (Regs 3–4).
