Schedule 2 are repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeals effected by subsection (1), Part IV of the Traffic Act 1987, as in force immediately before the commencement of this Act (other than sections 1 and 2 of this Act), shall, by virtue of this subsection, continue in force after that commencement and shall be deemed to form part of this Act until repealed by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.
