41Cancellation of licence

41 Cancellation of licence (1) Subject to this Act, where a person is found guilty of an offence against this Act, the court may cancel the person's licence and disqualify the person from holding another licence for such period as the court thinks fit. (2) The cancellation of a licence and disqualification from holding another licence in respect of an offence against this Act is in addition to any other penalty imposed by the court for the offence. (3) A reference to the cancellation of a person's licence in this section or any other section of this Act shall be read as a reference to the cancellation of that person's licence to drive any motor vehicle.
