49 Regulations
The Governor‑General may make regulations prescribing all matters: (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act; including regulations about: (c) how applications, requests or notices under this Act are to be made or given to or lodged with the Secretary or an authorised officer; and (d) how notices or other documents under this Act are to be given by the Secretary or an authorised officer.
