14 Request by holder for revocation of tradex order
(1) The holder of a tradex order may request the Secretary to revoke the order. (2) The request must: (a) be in writing; and (b) be in accordance with the approved form; and (c) state the tradex number allocated to the tradex order; and (d) contain such information as the form requires; and (e) be signed in the manner indicated in the form; and (f) be lodged with the Secretary.
