33 Local Committees
(1) There shall be a Local (Sheet Metal Trades) Committee in each State consisting of: (a) a representative of the Minister, who shall be the Chair of the Committee; and (b) two representatives of employers; and (c) two representatives of employees. (2) The members of each Local Committee shall be appointed by the Minister and shall hold office during the pleasure of the Minister.
