- (1) Part V of the Act ceases to apply to the trades in which persons are employed in any of the following classifications:—
(a) Tradesman;
(b) Aircraft mechanic holding no certificate;
(c) Aircraft mechanic holding “X” certificate;
(d) Examiner, first class;
(e) Inspector;
(f) Electrician in charge of plant or installation or of plant and installation;
