New South Wales act
This Act authorises and validates the transfer of specified Sydney land to The Trades and Industrial Hall and Literary Institute Association of Sydney Limited, allows the land registry to record that transfer despite existing caveats or trusts, and exempts the transfer from stamp duty. It also dissolves those caveats and trust restrictions, requires Ministerial consent for any subsequent sale by the Association, and repeals earlier Trades Hall Acts once the transfer is registered.
