Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What it does: This regulation is a housekeeping measure that cancels (repeals) older regulations from 1974 about salaries and expense payments under the Trade Practices Act.

Who it affects: Primarily affects the statute book itself. It removes outdated administrative rules about how much certain office-holders or committee members could be paid or reimbursed for expenses under the 1974 Trade Practices Act.

Why it matters: It cleans up Commonwealth law by removing regulations that were no longer needed after seven years. This prevents confusion by ensuring only current, active rules remain on the books.
