44 Costs of horticulture produce assessor
(1) The costs of a horticulture produce assessor acting under an appointment are to be met by the party who appointed the assessor, unless the parties agree otherwise. (2) If a mediator, as part of a mediation under Part 5, appoints a horticulture produce assessor, each of the parties to the mediation must pay half of the assessor’s costs arising out of that appointment, unless the parties agree otherwise.
