31 Mediation adviser
(1) The Minister may appoint a mediation adviser. (2) The mediation adviser must compile a list of persons who are to be mediators for the purposes of this Part.
Note: See clause 39 for other functions of the mediation adviser.
(3) In this clause:
Minister means the Minister administering the Horticulture Marketing and Research and Development Services Act 2000.
