25 Price for horticulture produce
(1) The price that is to be paid by the merchant for the purchase of the grower’s produce must only be an amount not a method for calculating an amount. (2) The amount must be agreed in writing between the merchant and the grower either before, or immediately upon, delivery of the produce to the merchant.
